I bought a Hyundai ix20 from FG Cars and I would really recommend their service. I was looking to buy a new car as I’d outgrown my previous one and I’d starting searching in the local area. I’d been to a couple of dealerships who were quite pushy and just generally off putting. When I went to FG Cars they gave me space and autonomy to look on my own and I didn’t feel pressured in any way at all. When I had questions we spoke with Kyle who was friendly and laid back. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt supported and in control. I test drove the car I was interested in on my own and came back and reserved the car for £200. The reservation holds the car for ten day but I picked it up the following weekend. It had been fully cleaned, air conditioning re-gassed and MOT’d. I paid by bank transfer, bought the car tax at the desk point and was on my way. It was all very easy and just the right amount of support. I’d really recommend them, especially to other women who are looking to buy cars. Look for Kyle!

slight problem with the front discs on test drive, would have been easy fix but they fitted new discs free of charge. Very relaxed but professional staff, would definately recomend to anyone. Special thanks to Kyle for making the whole process very smooth and explaining everything in a way that even I could understand

Just bought a Ford Ranger Wildtrak, great condition fully serviced and 12month MOT before handed over to me. Hassle free service, 4th vehicle now bought from FG Cars for my business. Every staff member always extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with every experience I've had with the lads and every purchase made so far would highly recommend FG Cars for a reliable quality used vehicle.

Friendly chilled nice environment

Nice friendly environment from that first point of contact no pushy attitude like you normally see in car dealerships. Honest and clear on the details they had, before hand over a few light marks on the wheels where addressed. Was able to look round in my own time at the vehicle again to make sure we was happy. Would highly recommend and more likely buy another vehicle again from them.

A truly positive experience. The whole dealership had a very professional and safe feel. All the cars were displayed perfectly. The sales man I delt with was very understanding and helpful. Excellent Vehicles And Fantastic Service!

I just bought a 2011 reg Nissan Qashqai from FG Cars Loughborough. I was dealt with by a man called Kyle who was great. No hassle, not pushy, very helpful and just let me take my time with the car, he made the whole process super easy and stress free. They gave the car a fresh MOT, made sure all the advisories were taken care of, and had the car valeted before collection.All the paperwork was provided to me and the staff made sure I had no questions before leaving with the vehicle. Great peace of mind with the free 3 month warranty that is included. In terms of garages and quality, I would highly recommend these if you are after a fairly priced vehicle in decent condition with no hidden agenda.

I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism of service I experienced, I was totally impressed by the thorough knowledge possessed by Kyle my sales consultant. Not only was he knowledgeable about the driving experience & handling of the vehicle I was purchasing, he was extremely patient and not pushy at all . Right from the moment I first viewed the car to throughout the test drive and ultimately the purchase I was never hassled or made to feel uncomfortable. I bought a Toyota Avensis from F G Cars a couple of months ago. It was good company to buy from. No high pressure selling, they gave my husband and I coffee and plenty of time to make our decision. Glad we went ahead as last week we noticed oil on our drive. Rang them and they were most helpful. Took the car in and they quickly identified the problem, ordered the part and fixed it. All done under warranty, no quibbling or delays. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.

The experience at FG cars Loughborough was great! I was looking for a VW Golf R and managed find a beautiful spec car in Lapiz Blue. All of the team were extremely helpful and they managed to help me with any questions I had . Totally reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new motor!
