Many thanks to Sam for your help, advice and professionalism when I was looking at my new car. No pestering, just left to look at our own leisure. We took my car for a test drive and there was still no expectation to purchase it. 2 weeks later when unfortunately I had to bring it back with an issue, it was sorted on the same day without any questions.
