I was absolutely amazed by the professionalism of service I experienced, I was totally impressed by the thorough knowledge possessed by Kyle my sales consultant. Not only was he knowledgeable about the driving experience & handling of the vehicle I was purchasing, he was extremely patient and not pushy at all . Right from the moment I first viewed the car to throughout the test drive and ultimately the purchase I was never hassled or made to feel uncomfortable. A great experience was had where I the customer was totally engaged with at every stage whilst being given space & time to look around not just the main car of interest but the entire site before ultimately making up my mind about the purchase. Found a vehicle on auto trader and went to view the car, dealt with Toni throughout the purchase and he was great. Very friendly and didn’t pressure us into anything. Kept me up to date with the service and MOT. Also the complimentary coffee was amazing. Highly recommend

I bought a Toyota Avensis from F G Cars a couple of months ago. It was good company to buy from. No high pressure selling, they gave my husband and I coffee and plenty of time to make our decision. Glad we went ahead as last week we noticed oil on our drive. Rang them and they were most helpful. Took the car in and they quickly identified the problem, ordered the part and fixed it. All done under warranty, no quibbling or delays. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.

The experience at FG cars Loughborough was great! I was looking for a VW Golf R and managed find a beautiful spec car in Lapiz Blue. All of the team were extremely helpful and they managed to help me with any questions I had . Totally reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new motor!
